UK Affordable Housing Programme

UK Affordable Housing Programme: July 2011 - July 2016

Carlton & Co Investments are working with a consortium including a leading UK Regeneration Contractor, Pensions Funds, Investment Banks, Local Authorities, Housing Associations/Registered Providers to secure long term funding from Institutional Investors to support the delivery of large scale housing led regeneration projects. This £250M investment programme aims to deliver up to 2000 mixed tenure homes throughout the UK over the next five years.

The Sustainability HUB

The Sustainability HUB: July 2011 - December 2012

Carlton & Co Investments are in the process of securing a combination of public sector funding and private sector investment to support the delivery of the Sustainability HUB. A combination of RGF / ERDF and Private Sector Funding will raise £3M. The project will deliver zero carbon office space aimed at SME's operating with the built environment, construction, development and cleantech sectors. The aim of the project is to create a centre of excellence for sustainable design, construction and development.

The Enterprise HUB

The Enterprise HUB: July 2011 - July 2012

Carlton & Co Investments have secured in principle funding to support the acquisition and refurbishment of existing office space to create The Enterprise HUB. This £2M+ project is combination of ERDF and Private Sector Funding and will help create 20,000 sq ft of high quality office space for forward thinking SME's. The project will provide space for up to 40 businesses employing around 200 people. SME's will benefit from 'wrap around' business and enterprise development support aimed at helping businesses thrive.

Gibson House

Gibson House: Dec 2010 to Dec 2011

Carlton & Co Investments secured a combination of Single Programme Funding and Private Sector Investment to support the refurbishment of a Grade 2 Listed Building. The project has created over 7000 sq ft of flexible office space for SME's.
